Return/Refund Policy

Our Return Policy

We have a 10-day return + exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with attached tags, and in its original packaging. 

Store Credit/Exchange Items ONLY:

Due to most of our items being intimate and/or accessories we are unable to offer returns on any accessories, jewelry or our swimwear. We are happy to offer store credit or exchange. 

Please note, when trying on your Bach HQSwimsuit, please wear undergarments as we reserve the right to refuse items that show signs of wear.

How Do I Start My Exchange?

To start an exchange, please email us at hello@bachhq.com. Ensure the subject line says  "EXCHANGE" and include your order number in the body of the email.

If your exchange is accepted, we will issue you a return label. Please keep in mind we charge a $10 Exchange Fee. The invoice to pay for the exchange is sent electronically to pay first, then label is emailed for you to print. 

Return labels are available only for US domestic orders. Our return labels aren't available for US military addresses, US territories, or international addresses. If you are exchanging outside of the U.S. you will be responsible (financially) for shipping back the item to us, as well as the new shipping out fee, which will be invoiced prior to shipping out new item. 

How Do I Start My Return?

To start a return, please email us at hello@bachhq.com. Ensure the subject line says "RETURN" and include your order number in the body of the email.

If your return is accepted, we will issue you a return label. Please keep in mind we charge a $10 Return Fee. The invoice to pay for the return fee/label is sent electronically to pay first, then label is emailed for you to print. 

Once the item(s) is received back at our HQ's and quality checked, we will issue your refund for the amount paid back to original form of payment.

Cancel or Change Order

If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation and would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bachhq.com. Once shipping label has been processed, your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
